General

1. What does Lab2Go Services do? We provide on-site blood draws and curated lab panels with a focus on endocrine, hormonal, metabolic and performance testing for individuals and fitness communities. Samples are collected at your home, workplace, or gym and sent to certified partner labs for analysis.

2. Who is this for? Those who want clear, actionable lab data. Especially athletes, gym members, and clients working with personal trainers, nutritionists, wellness coaches or those who want more labs to take control of your health.

3. Where do we operate? Greater of Long Beach and nearby areas.

How It Works

1. How do I book? Book online through our site or message us through our contact form. You'll choose the lab panel(s), a blood draw location, and a time. Our phlebotomists will come to you.

2. Do I need a doctor's order? Many panels require a clinician order. We facilitate this through our clinicians ordering network when applicable, so you can purchase cash-pay tests without arranging your own physician order.

3. Who processes the labs? Certified laboratories process your samples, and a doctor will reach out to you with the results.

4. How and when do I get my results? We use a HIPAA-compliant client portal to protect your health information (PHI). Data are encrypted in transit and at rest, and only authorized staff can access your records. You control who sees your results and we never share data without your written consent. Typical turnaround is 2-7 business days depending on the test and lab volume.

Prep & Safety

1. Do I need to fast? Some tests require 8-12 hours fasting. Your confirmation will specify which panels require fasting. Hydrate well with water unless told otherwise.

2. Is the blood draw painful and what if I'm needle-shy? You'll feel a brief pinch. Tell us if you're anxious; we can use comfort positioning and take extra time.

3. Do we draw minors? We currently draw clients (18+) unless pre-approved with a parent/guardian and appropriate panels.

Pricing & Payment

1. What does it cost and what's included? Each panel lists an all-in price (lab + standard mobile draw). Add-ons are clearly itemized at checkout.

2. Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA? We operate cash-pay; HSA/FSA cards are commonly accepted. At check out you will be provided an itemized receipt.

3. Deposits, cancellations, refunds? - The lab ships your kit (tubes/Supplies) soon after purchase. - Before it ships: If we can stop the order, we'll refund the lab free minus any processing costs. Your mobile draw depositie follows our 24 hour reschedule/cancel policy. - After it ships: Lab fees are non-refundable. Keep the kit and reschedule your draw within 30 days at no extra charge.
