Cancellations & Refunds

TL;DR Summary​

  • Cancel or reschedule your mobile draw 24 hours before the appointment: no fee. If you cancel the service entirely, we refund the mobile draw portion in full. â€‹

  • Inside 24 hours: the mobile draw portion is not refundable. To reschedule inside 24 hours, a $35 late-change fee applies. 

  • No-show: no extra fee, but the mobile draw portion is not refundable. You can book a new appointment at the standard rate. 

  • Lab test refunds: The lab test price is refundable until your sample arrives at the laboratory (within 365 days of payment). Lab vendor processing/ordering, physician review and shipping/handling fees are not refundable. 

 

SCOPE & DEFINITIONS​

  • ​This policy covers our mobile phlebotomy appointments and lab test orders fulfilled by our lab vendor(s). 

  • Full prepayment: Your checkout covers both the lab test price and mobile draw service. 

  • Late cancellation: Cancelling or asking to move your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • No-show: You are unavailable at the scheduled time/location, or arrival >15 minutes late without confirmation. If we cannot access you (gate code, security desk, etc) within 15 minutes, it is treated as a no-show. 

  • Lab test price: The price of your laboratory test(s), excluding any lab vendor fees (processing/ordering, physician review, shipping/handling).

1. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES (MOBILE DRAWS)

  • 24+ hours before your appointment: Free cancel or reschedule. If cancelling the service entirely, we refund the mobile draw portion in full.

  • Inside 24 hours: The mobile draw portion is non-refundable. To reschedule, a $35 non-refundable late-change fee applies. 

  • No-show: No Additional fee. The mobile draw portion is non-refundable. You may book a new appointment at the standard rate. 

  • Multiple changes: One free reschedule greater or equal to a 24 hour notice. Additional reschedules are $15 admin fee each.

2. REFUNDS FOR LAB ORDERS (BEFORE THE LAB RECEIVES YOUR SAMPLE)

  • You may request cancellation/refund of the lab test price until your sample arrives at the laboratory, and within 365 days of payment. â€‹

  • Not refundable by the lab vendor: processing/ordering fees, physician review fees, and shipping/handling. 

  • If a kit has already shipped, the lab test price can still be refundable under the rule above (sample not yet received). Shipping/handling are not refundable. 

  • Some tests are excluded by the lab. We'll confirm eligibility when you request a cancellation.

3. AFTER THE LAB RECIEVES YOUR SAMPLE

  • Once the lab receives your sample, the lab test price is not refundable.

4. REPLACEMENT, LOST, DAMAGED, OR EXPIRED KITS

  • If a kit is missing parts, damaged, lost, or expired, contact us. We will coordinate with the lab vendor for replacement options. Shipping/handling are not refundable; replacement eligibility is determined by the lab. 

  • If a mobile redraw is required due to lab/handling issues, we will coordinate it and explain any fees before scheduling. If the issue is on us, we cover the redraw.

5. HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

  • Lab test refunds are issued by the lab vendor to the original payment method; card/bank timelines vary. 

  • Mobile draw refunds/fees are issued or charged by Lab2Go Services LLC directly.

6. HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

  • Mobile draw changes: Contact Lab2Go Services LLC at info@lab2goservices.com. For same-day issues please call 1-888-735-0602.

  • Lab order cancellations: Contact Lab2Go Services first. We will coordinate with the lab vendor and confirm eligibility.

7. EXCEPTIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

  • We may waive fees for documented emergencies at our discretion. 

  • If events beyond anyone's control prevent service (e.g. severe weather, carrier disruptions, supply issues etc.), we will reschedule you at no cost.
